RF Preamplifier

The RFP-1 microwave preamplifier is a 2 MHz to 18 GHz wideband, 4-stage RF preamplifier designed to work with a variety of receivers. The design also compliments other receiver or spectrum analyzer-based collection equipment. This unique, low-noise, gain-bounded +22 to +27 dB amplifier can be used to compensate for receivers or spectrum analyzers with poor NF ratings. The amplifier is smaller than a quarter and operates with less than 350 ma of current. Ideal for portable Spread Spectrum detection.
