President
Jon Whittingham is a retired Army Counterintelligence Special Agent with nearly 23 years of specialized technical counterintelligence (CI) experience. Jon now manages the development and vision for all new products and services. He is the former Director of Security and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Program Manager (PM) for the White House Communications Agency (WHCA), The White House. He has extensive experience and know-how in developing, programming, and executing complex CI investigations supporting a variety of classified and/or sensitive offensive and defensive programs and projects. He has expertise in developing, improving, and implementing multidiscipline security, counterintelligence, counterespionage, force protection, and technical security programs. He brings to Corporate America and the Defense Industry in-depth knowledge of physical and technical security procedures, policies, management, and best practices within the Department of Defense (DoD) and joint environments with an emphasis on physical, technical, and facilities security programs. Jon has a Master’s of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland, University College.
Vice President, Engineering Services Division
David Eisemann has twenty-five years experience in the design and implementation of RF, microwave and digital communications systems. He began his career as a tempest engineer for the US Navy and transitioned to the aerospace industry where he focused on space based communication systems. In 2000 David joined Agilent Technologies as a senior systems engineer supporting government customers and programs. At Agilent he was the APEX program engineer responsible for assembling a team to design and build the product. In 2006 David moved to Transformational Security along with the APEX product line and team. David holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Letourneau University and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
Vice President, Antenna Systems Division
Dr. Derek Linden has performed groundbreaking research in the automated design of antennas and electromagnetic devices using evolutionary optimization since 1995. He is co-inventor of the patented genetic antenna design process, and is published widely. His genetic antenna work has been highlighted in Science News, The New York Times, Wired magazine, Antenna Systems and Technology Magazine, Technology Review, Aviation Week, and Popular Science. He has also received Discover magazine's Top 10 Innovation Award, the Gold Medal in Human Competitive Result competition at the 2004 Genetic and Evolutionary Competition Conference, and the 2006 NASA Group Achievement Award. He has a PhD from MIT in Electrical Engineering.

Fernando Cucci is a Rensselear Polytechnic Institute graduate with over 9 years of software development experience in multiple industries. His current role is as Software Architect in charge of abstracting, controlling, projecting, and analyzing software systems as well as mentoring, encouraging standardization, and quality control. His work in varying industries brings the best approach from experience to the company in a multitude of languages and coding styles ranging from C to C#. Senior Software Development Engineer
John Glorioso is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with over 12 years of professional experience as a software engineer. In 2003, he started a web development and hosting company that empowered non-technical business owners to manage a professional web presence through an intuitive and easy to use online control panel. He is proficient in C#, Java, PHP, Perl, ASP, JSP, and Javascript, and has many years' experience developing database applications in Oracle, SQLServer, and MySQL. Additionally, he is familiar with developing in both Windows and Linux based environments. His diverse industry experience developing sotware in various languages on multiple platforms provides a well-rounded skill set for his role as Senior Software Development Engineer at Transformational Security.
Senior Project Engineer
John McCord is an Electrical Engineer with 23 years systems development experience in multiple Department of Defense and Intelligence Agency projects. John was the Director of Flight Test for the F16’s APG-68 radar development program and has made contributions to multiple airborne radar platforms (F16, B1b and Apache) including studies in electronic countermeasures (ECM) and counter-countermeasures (ECCM). Other projects include contributions to space-based platforms and communications multiplex hardware. A member of the APEX development team that grew out of Agilent Technologies, John plays a major role in a variety of system level tasks including development, test, installation and participates in the operator training of the APEX In-Place Monitoring System (IPMS).
Vice President, Research and Development
Jacob Shea is an independent technical consultant, working primarily in the Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) community over the past five years. He was an R&D hardware engineer with Agilent Technologies before moving into a hardware, software, and systems engineering role with Agilent as a technical consultant to customers in the Defense Industry, with a primary focus on developing custom In-Place Monitoring Systems (IPMS). He has experience in a broad range of technical areas, including RF and fiber-optic systems, direction finding, antennas and arrays, signal processing, and software development. Jake has a B.S in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the field of electromagnetics at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Software Development Engineer
Michael Claud is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Majoring in computer engineering, he has experience in a range of programming languages including C++, C#, Python, C, Assembly, and Java. Before joining Transformational Security, he has worked on projects than have involved real-time operating systems, artificial intelligence, and embedded systems.
Software Development Engineer
Steven Montie graduated from LeTourneau University with a B.S. in Engineering, Computer Concentration. Steven also has minors in Mathematics and Computer Science. He has experience with various hardware and RF applications. Steven has worked on software defined radio projects using FPGAs, and also projects involving firmware design and operation. He also has some expereince with software and database design.
Technical Program Manager
Mark Otto has thirty years of engineering experience with ten years managing new product development programs and projects for customers in the security, banking and aerospace industries. He also has twenty years of experience as a senior engineer with Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies working on complex diagnostic and test & measurement systems for a variety of customers in the telecommunications, automotive, aerospace, computer and electronics industries. Mark was one of the original team members on the APEX project and contributed to the foundation for that product as a software team lead. Mark holds an MBA and an MSE in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and a BSE in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Treasurer
Wanda Forrest has experience in financial, accounting, litigation, investigations, economic and business consulting covering a broad range of industries. Her primary areas of focus have been in matters involving the assessment of financial damages, analysis of lost profits, purchase price disputes and forensic accounting and investigations. Wanda is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has a Master of Business Administration, Finance, University of Maryland.
Accounts Payable & Product Manager
Selina Majewski manages accounts payable and receivable and other financial support to government contracts and accounts administration. She is a Paralegal and Office Manager with over 20 years of office experience. She has worked in all aspects of the legal system and has managed several legal offices. She has expertise in organizational and time saving plans for office management and brings to the Transformational Security 5 years of crisis management expertise. She also has formal training in accounting and has maintained legal IOLA accounts along with regular business accounts. Her training also extends to business management and in human resources as a liaison between management and employer.
Marketing, Advertising and Administration
Camilla Taren manages marketing, advertising, and customer support services and has experience in design and layout for brochures, newsletters, and marketing material. She has formal training in digital photography and has excellent Adobe Photoshop skills. She provides financial and technical administrative support to the Operations Manager and President. She also has training in business management, accounting, and import/export studies. Camilla is originally from Sweden and has a nursing degree.
Administrative Specialist
As the Administrative Specialist, Amanda Cohoon provides assistance to the Operations Manager, the President of Transformational Security, as well as the Engineering Services Division. She is responsible for shipping and receiving, accounts payable/receivable, contract support, and procurement. She is also responsible for all RMA handling and processing. She is currently pursuing a degree in Information systems, Program Analysis at Anne Arundel Community College.
Administrative Assistant
Nichole Rice provides technical and administrative support to the Senior Administrator, Current Operation Program Manager, and the President of Transformational Security. She serves as a customer service representative and provides clerical and logistical support covering a wide variety of office services. She assists with shipping and receiving and other administrative tasks like filing, accounting, and billing. She also manages updates to the company’s website, distribution of the quarterly newsletters, and she is responsible to all travel arrangements. She is currently a student at Howard Community College.
Technician
As a Technician at Transformation Security Ryan is responsible for system installation and maintenance for numerous contractor facilities located in the Washington DC area. Ryan also conducts calibration and testing of electronic components and circuits and prepares calibration reports for sensitive electronic hardware. Working with the Engineering Services Division he also provides technical support to a variety audio related projects and systems. Ryan graduated from Howard Community College with an Associates of Arts in Arabic.
